What does LST Marketing do for businesses?
I help DTC and eCommerce brands grow revenue from existing customers—through data-driven CRM strategy, email/SMS/push programs, and loyalty/retention initiatives that improve LTV, repeat rate, and margin.
Which marketing channels do you cover?
Email, SMS, push notifications, onsite/in-app messaging, reviews; As well as the design & build of referral and loyalty programs. I can also manage paid media teams to offer coverage, but this is not my expertise.
What outcomes can we expect?
Dependent on the needs of your business, I typically provide 30-60-90-day plans, segmentation recommendations, flow/campaign planning, testing agenda’s, KPI framework’s, and reporting templates.
What’s your engagement model?
Project: Audits, Klaviyo migrations, flow builds, BFCM readiness.
Retainer: Ongoing strategy, planning & execution.
Fractional/Interim: Team leadership or LOA cover.
Do you work with our existing team and agencies?
Yes—I collaborate closely with existing teams including creative, analytics, marketing, merchants and production design. I can also manage and collaborate with external partners. I set roles/ create RACI’s, SLAs, and a simple operating cadence (weekly priorities + KPIs).
Which platforms and tools do you use?
The big one’s I work with thee most are Mail Chimp, Shopify & Klaviyo for CRM needs, and use Notion, Slack to communicate, however I also have skills & experience with Braze, Attentive, Recharge, Yotpo/ Stamped/ Friendbuy, Google/Adobe Analytics, Looker, Workfront and Asana. I’m platform-agnostic and can recommend based on scale and goals.
Can you migrate us to Klaviyo (or between platforms) without losing revenue?
Yes. I recommend a phased migration with dual-send, parity builds for critical flows, warm-up sequencing, and deliverability safeguards, then unlock new features (dynamic content, predictive segments). I work closely with internal tech teams & Klaviyo onboarding teams to ensure a seamless migration.
What’s included in a CRM/Email Audit?
A diagnostic across strategy, data, segmentation, messaging, creative, deliverability, flows, campaigns, experimentation, and reporting. You’ll get a prioritized action plan (quick wins, 30/60/90).
Do you build flows & campaigns as well as deliver strategies?
Absolutely. I map, brief, and build (or oversee builds) for any and all email needs, I also write email copy and create testing plans based on business goals.
How do you measure success?
Depending on business & project goals, the most common tend to be repeat rate, LTV, contribution margin, and incremental revenue. Channel metrics that are important are Conversion Rate %, Revenue per send, deliverability health, and incremental list through testing.
How do you approach testing ?
Hypothesis-led, statistically significant testing with control/holdout to measure incremental gains. I prioritize tests that drive customer behavior and move the needle (e.g., offer logic, segmentation, product targeting) over cosmetic tweaks that may look better but don’t drive any channel impact.
Are you compliant with privacy and messaging laws?
Yes—programs are designed to align with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR/CCPA basics. I partner with legal/IT for consent, opt-out, data retention, and disclosures. I also remain at the forefront of new legislation to ensure complete compliance.
Do you offer creative and copy support?
Yes. I provide copy direction, wireframes/modules, and content matrices. I can collaborate with your design team or bring in trusted partners when needed to create impactful design, but I do not design emails.
Do you work outside retail/DTC?
Yes absolutely. My core focus is retail/DTC and CPG with repeat-purchase driving behavior. I also support subscription and marketplace models where lifecycle marketing drives outsized impact. Many of these strategies are transferrable across industries.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to performance analytics and your current ESP, recent KPIs, product/merch roadmap, promo calendar, brand/voice guidelines, and a primary stakeholder. I’ll share a secure access checklist dependent on the project or business goal.
How soon can we start and how fast will we see results?
Discovery can start immediately; quick wins typically land in the first 2–4 weeks (audit fixes, flow optimizations), with compounding gains through 30/60/90 days.
Where are you based and how do we collaborate?
I work remotely (US, Pacific Time from Nor Cal) via Slack, Zoom, and Notion/Asana. Weekly WIP + monthly performance reviews are standard.
